Welcome to Delhi, India's capital city. This is the first day of your Yoga and Meditation tour. Meet our agent at the airport or the train station. Following that, you will be brought to your accommodation in town. Complete the check-in procedures as soon as you arrive. After you've rested for a while, you'll have the rest of the day to yourself. You are free to visit the surrounding markets and go on shopping sprees.
Later, return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.
Rise and shine with a breakfast at your hotel. Then begin your day with a visit to the Parliament House, Laxmi Narayan Temple, and India Gate in Delhi. In the initial segment of sightseeing, see these attractions.
In the following round, prepare to explore the Mughal-influenced Old Delhi sights such as Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Gandhi Memorial. The architecture of all of these Old Delhi sites will captivate you. After the sunset, enjoy a one-hour light and sound extravaganza at Red Fort Agra (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM).
After the light and sound display, return to the hotel for an overnight stay and a fantastic meal.

After a delicious breakfast, it's time to say good-by to Delhi. Pack your belongings, do the check-out process, and meet us outside the hotel. We will drop you off at the train station so you may catch the train to Haridwar (a nearby relative town of Rishikesh).
Meet our agent outside the crossroads when you arrive in Haridwar. He will meet you warmly and assist you in getting transferred to your Rishikesh hotel. When you arrive, go through the check-in process and then relax for a time. In the afternoon, visit the ancient Ashrams and the internationally renowned Yoga and Meditation centre.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay and a nice dinner as the day comes to an end.

Today and the following three days (4-7) will be the high points of your Yoga and Meditation tour. Make the most of your vacation time in the lower Himalayan foothills. You will stay at the Ashram and follow a normal day routine that includes meditation sessions, yoga lessons, breakfast, lunch, a lecture, evening tea, evening yoga, and a meditation class before supper.

After a great morning brunch, say farewell to Rishikesh and pack your luggage for Shivpuri, its charming hamlet. With Grade 3-4 rapids, this is one of the top rafting places in Rishikesh. When you arrive at the Shivpuri camping site, which is flanked by the holy Ganges, accept the welcome drink and complete the check-in. Attend the briefing season after a few hours of rest. After that, prepare for a jungle stroll in the reserve forest around the Nature Camp-Resort.
For your convenience (and not as part of the schedule), you can browse for local souvenirs in Shivpuri's markets.
Return to your campground when the sun sets, sit by the campfire, stargaze, eat dinner, and finally sleep.
Shivpuri to Rishikesh distance is around 18.5 km.

Day 9 of the yoga and meditation tour will be another travel highlight as you prepare to experience the rafting excitement. But first, get up before dawn to stretch, tone, and purify your mind, body, and soul with yoga and meditation season among the Ganges' raging waters. After that, enjoy your morning breakfast (Yogic meal).
Just when you're about to complete your breakfast. We will transport you to Byasi/Kaudiyala to begin your rafting adventure. Before you raft the rivers, you will be thoroughly briefed on rafting manoeuvring under the supervision of an expert. Rafting in Rishikesh will certainly excite you from head to toe!
Return to the campsite after lunch (with the assistance of a private vehicle). Take a couple hours to relax. End your day 9 with attentive meditation near the campsite river water as the evening approaches. When the sun sets and reflects its rays on the Ganges, it will be a sight to behold.
Later, relax with a good night's sleep at your tent before stargazing.
Today, eat a good breakfast and leave for Hindolakhal as soon as possible. Begin your trip to Kunjapuri once you arrive. Join the meditation session in the natural green surroundings after reaching the trekking summit. The image of snow-covered Himalayas is breathtaking.
Finish your day by returning to your Shivpuri lodging (private transfer). After a delicious meal, doze off.
Join the early morning yoga practise followed by question & answer season before a hearty brunch to breathe revolutionary travel experiences. Later, savour the morning meal before resuming your rafting adventure. Take a ride on the rapids between Shivpuri and Laxman Jhula. Lunch will be served at Brahmapuri.
We will then accompany you to the railway station (Rishikesh or Haridwar). Take the train to your Yoga and Meditation Tour's starting place (Delhi). Upon arriving, check into the hotel and sleep overnight before dinner.
